This album was recorded on the stolen land of the Nisqually, Squaxin, and Chehalis peoples. I want to open this by honoring the original people who still tend this land and protect it on the daily. Thank you for letting me be a guest here.

This EP is first and foremost for all the disabled people who have been kicked out of their scene because able bodied people are shitbags and refuse to not accommodate disabled people in the pit. This is for all the disabled people who risk their bodies to go to shows because the "scene" is apart of their survival. This is for every disabled person who wanted to be in a band...the scene needs you. We need you. And I need you too! I dream of a world where the pit is dominated by disabled folks, BI|QTPOC, femmes, faggots, transfolx, butches and dykes. With dude bro moshers outside in the alley.

This is for Carley and Chris aka Grande and flophouse who always let me crash on their couch when i was homeless and starting over in olympia. I love you all so much and i would not be alive with out you!!! This is for Sam, Erin, Cassie, Escort, GLOSS, Agatha, Dyke Drama, Divide & Dissolve, Magic Mouth, Old Wars, Dick Binge, Gloryhole, and Xylitol. Thank you for keeping me alive the last 2 years. Loving me. And showing up for me in the pit and in life! Thank you for holding me in alley ways when i was having panic attacks inbetween sets and turning around and going back in there with me as my hottie guards because i refused to not be made invisible or to be reduced to a vessel for some stupid white dudes with feelings of misplaced anger. This is for Peter, Thank you for helping me re-discover my spirit of joy. Buying me hotel rooms when i needed a couch crashing break. Supporting and believing in my creative process. Letting me into your shows for free. And letting me be a fucking mess!
